How We Protect You

Community Guidelines

To maintain a safe and professional environment, all users must:
  • Treat all collaborators with respect and professionalism
  • Only upload original work or content they have rights to use
  • Honor agreed-upon terms, deadlines, and split sheet arrangements
  • Use the Platform's payment system for all transactions - no off-platform payments
  • Report any suspicious activity, harassment, or IP theft immediately
  • Not create duplicate accounts or misrepresent their identity

Dispute Resolution Process

Dispute FiledEither party initiates a dispute within 14 days of delivery. Escrowed funds are frozen.

Evidence SubmittedBoth parties provide their side of the story with supporting files and messages.

MediationOur Trust & Safety team reviews the case and proposes a resolution within 48 hours.

ResolutionFunds are distributed based on the outcome. If mediation fails, the case is escalated to binding arbitration in Cook County, IL.

Prohibited Conduct

The following will result in immediate account suspension or termination:
  • Uploading stolen beats, samples, or recordings without authorization
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior
  • Payment fraud or chargebacks intended to defraud collaborators
  • Circumventing the escrow system to avoid platform fees
  • Creating fake profiles or impersonating other artists
  • Distributing malware or compromising other users' accounts
